Ordered two cheeseburgers for a quick bite, waiting time 12 minutes with almost no traffic. After reminding us that other (larger) orders were served on a regular basis, the staff graciously started to make them because "you're not patient" and the food was lukewarm, the chicken was stretched and dry inside.

The service was a disaster, they got everything wrong and some equipment failed. People had to leave the queue without apology, too few people work here. The order was wrong, I paid for a large bucket of tenderloin and received a small one, and since it's takeaway, I don't want to come back because it's too far away. It was a tragedy, and the waiting time was half an hour, it was around 2:30 p.m.
